'I liked the location of the property. The room was nice only the room could be joint with the none besides and the door was not isolating sound for anything. My partner is suffering from ptsd and was sounding like the people next door were inside our room so she was starteld quite a bit. We also had the misfortune that on the other side of our room there were guest who desided to take there dog on holiday and leave it in the hotelroom al day. The poor animal was crying non stop.'

'Great local hotel that is located by many restaurants, stores and sightseeing. This was our third time staying at La Jolla and have never had a bad experience. If you are looking for an up scale resort with all the amenities, this is not it. But it offers all the things you need including bikes, kayaks, small pool, efficiency kitchen ( we make eggs every morning), nice sized room, great views of the gulf (oven front). 'I would give this hotel one the highest ratings for my most recent stays in the area. The views were spectacular. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very very minor thing was the condition of the furniture and electrical sockets weren't the best quality but I just loved everything else so much that it would not deter me from returning.'

'What a relaxing place! Nice bench with load of games to play at both the beach as well at the pool. A really Nice place to slow down and take it easy. For breakfast and lunch the nearby (5 min walk) midway café is highly recommended!'
