'This is the first hotel ever where they ask you every day if you are happy with your room or if you have any complaints. My room was clean. The service you get from the staff is excellent. I will definitly come back. The location was perfect. Walkable to Java House and CJ's, supermarket. And it is easy to get an Uber to go to the shopping malls. Very nice and helpful staff, thank you Gillian, Anthony, Jacintah and everyone else who works at the hotel.'

'The property is conveniently located, close to stores and restaurants. ATM is close by. The check in was quick and friendly. The safety is good as there are codes to access the rooms area. The inside they are spacious with all the amenities you would expect as a world traveler. There is possible any of room service to which is very nice. The food is good and local, which is great. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating.'

'I've had a lovely time at Sarova Panafric, each and every one of the staff makes you feel welcome. The room was big enough, and included tv, complementary water bottles, housekeeping twice a day, and a safe. The pool was nice, they provided big towels when swimming. The restaurant is good, great breakfast buffet, lovely Indian food for dinner. All in all the staff was the best thing about the hotel, and a lot of security to make you feel safe. '

'The hotel is ideally located in Westlands, close to the Expressway and amenities, while also walkable in the neighbourhood. Good breakfast options, Continental, English, South Asian, and local options, fresh fruit and juices. The staff also went above and beyond, providing access to the room after an overnight flight early morning before check-in as they had availability. '

'I upgraded to the apartment over the studio for cheaper. Normal rates were $79 but I booked it for less. Arrived at 9pm and checked out by 11am (supposedly 10am is their normal check out time). It’s very walkable so on Sunday night, it looked dead. At 9am Monday morning, the whole area was popping. So the location is great. The room is average for Kenya and better than average bc the WiFi worked very well. Hot water? The desk told me to turn it on so it is strange by American standards but...

'The Heron Portico is a nice upscale hotel in Nairobi. Conveniently located in a quiet area. Staff is friendly and willing to assist, just that the pricing for an extra person is outrageous (50%). It is well furnished and has a pool, a spa and a gym.'

Men heeft mij de volgende dag een andere kamer gegeven en die was uitstekend. Het hotel is verder prima en volgens Europese standaard.'
