'We just left there after a 4 night stay. The property was beautiful and very clean. Its location was close to all the attractions. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. 'I would have given the property management an A+, if they had not treated me so poorly in the final hour of my stay. The access code was cancelled one hour prior to check out - a technical issue according tot their help desk. As I was travelling alone, I could not re-enter the condo. It took me 35 minutes with the reception desk and a helpdesk member to re-enter. These things happen, but making it my problem, first denying I had a reservation, secondly making it my problem (urging me to leave on...

'Good place to stay, everything was close. There was a free shuttlebus to universal studio’s. Staf was very nice. Only thing I didn’t like was the shower. It made the whole bathroom wet and it wasn’t very black girl friendly.'
