Location de vacances de particulier à Umbertide

« Pros: Location in the mountains is superb, very friendly& supportive staff, fair price Cons: Only very small windows in the appartment, thus dark and nearly no chance for fresh cold air in the night. Due to the size of the location the pool was overcrowded and too less sun chairs. Photos better than reality. »

« The place was amazing and as advertised! We enjoyed the area very much, the views are amazing! We shopped at the local market and enjoyed dinner in both nights we were there. If we are back in the area, we will stay here again! Saverio was very attentive and gracious. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier! »

« Ottimo appartamento, molto pulito e confortevole »

« We stayed 3 nights, and enjoyed the rural quiet location. The suite was a great size for two, clean, easy parking and the drive into any of the hill towns and villages was easy. Gwen was a wonderful host she knew the neighborhood and locals villages with suggestions for side trips and places to eat. Would happily stay again. »

« Pros: The Quietness of the wonderful mornings, in the middle of Tuscan Woods. The clean and big pool with a view. The host, very friendly and engaged. a perfect vacation! »

« Pros: Alles perfect in orde. »

Comfy big bed, aircon and a ceiling fan, dining table with 4 chairs and a kitchenette if you want to cook your own dinners (full with cutlery and crockery, fridge and coffee machine). Clean private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Host was very lovely too, we need an iron and we could borrow it with no fuss alongside ironing board. Very...

In addition my wife went about three days because hairdryer didn’t work till it was replaced. Ceiling light switch didn’t work so no ceiling light. Light over stove didn’t work. Shower head leaked badly. We initially contacted owner about some of the problems and he kept saying he’ll be there but never came. Told us he was out...
