'Nice stay and a lot of privacy with 24 people. Really Italian style, beds are good and dark rooms to sleep, liked that. Federico is a real gentlemen, and always react fast when we had some questions. Definitely a good place to stay with a couple of friends or family. 5 stars without a doubt.'

'Geweldig huis met fantastische tuin: zwembad, uitzicht. Vriendelijk ontvangen door Mario.Enige minpunt, airco op bovenverdieping hangt in gang en moet zo 4 kamers koelen. Op warme dagen lukt dit niet.'

'L'appartamento si sviluppa su 3 piani, raggiungibili attraverso delle scalette molto ripide, non adatto quindi a tutti.
Molto belle le travi a vista, anche se i bagni sono un pò piccoli. Peccato aver avuto il termostato non funzionante che faceva accendere il riscaldamento un pò a casaccio.
é comodissimo il parcheggio gratuito vicinissimo fuori dalle mura e il supermercato a due passi.
CONSIGLI: nei bagni servirebbe qualche appendi asciugamani in più, specialmente in quello al terzo piano;...

'Very nice house with large swimming pool. Amazing view and quiet location, yet close to restaurants and shops in Citta della Pieve.
Maria and her husband are very nice people who are always willing to help.
Ideally located to visit Umbria and the south of Tuscany.
We had a wonderful vacation!'

'Dit huis in de bergen nabij Deruta ligt mooi en vrij hoog in de bergen. Het uitzicht is fantastisch net als ons verblijf. Het is een makkelijk huis met alle eenvoudige voorzieningen noodzakelijk voor een heerlijk verblijf. De host Laura is heel behulpzaam en verblijft in het huis ernaast. Er zijn mooie wandelingen te maken vanaf het huis en Deruta is dicht bij voor de boodschappen. Dit huis is een makkelijke uitvalsbasis om Umbrie te ontdekken. '
