'Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Bungalow ! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Sauberkeit war in der gesamten Anlage prima. Alles in allem kann man das „The Bidadari Villas and Spa“ mit gutem Gewissen sehr empfehlen ! '

'We were looking for 5 days total relaxation,I think I even "lived" most of the time in the pool. Villa Ariana is beautiful. Wayan's breakfasts are great, the manager Budi came to check on us every morning and we would have a nice chat. Housekeeping which did excellent work in cleaning and grooming of the garden! Imani Villa's is away from the hustle and bustle although located on a " through" road, so when it gets busy when people go to work/back home,you can hear the cars/motorcycles passing...

'Verblijf viel tegen, achterstallig onderhoud, veel levende en dode insecten op de kamer bij aankomst en een vrij hard bed. De fotos zijn een stuk mooier dan de realiteit. Gelukkig heb ik een aanbiedingsprijs betaald, want de normale prijs per nacht is het totaal niet waard. Zwembad is aangenaam en het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kom hier niet meer terug.'

'We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again and recommend the property to friends as well. The only reason I have 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was no shower curtain or shower doors which made the whole bathroom floor wet everytime we took a bath and made it messy and dirty. 'The staff is nice and the hotel rooms are pretty spacious with all the essentials provided. Yet there's not much point in that because hot water kept quitting. First, they had a water heater issue for 2 days and cold water came out of both taps. Then they fixed it for a day and then the water stopped entirely. Very poor maintenance of the property. 'The villa was beautiful and roomy. The staff was very attentive and kind. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room for storage. The pool area was very pretty with all of the plants, although the water was a little too cold for us to spend much time in it. The villa was very quiet and comfortable, and it was easy to receive deliveries.'
