When I needed help all I had to do was send a message and the manager answer me immediately. Thank you for the relaxing experience. I appreciate everything you did for me and needed the rest. »

« an excellent welcome by the staff. I was travelling by train and there was a delay of 90 minutes. The manager as well a the taxi waited for me despite the late hour : 00:30. I did very much appreciate. It is not easy to find its way at night in a city when you do not speak its native language. The studio is well located very close to the commercial area and place of interest. »

« La chambre est idéalement localisée dans les quartiers chics de la ville. L'insonorisation de la chambre est un peu limite mais cela reste spacieux et propre. Il manque cependant un coffre de sécurité pour y déposer ses documents importants et/ou argent. »

Clear instructions on how to get there (important! as came two hours late - train delay), immediate reactions via whatsapp, clean - loads of restaurants close by and Kyiv Opera is 5 mins walking. Both Figaro and Nabucco were excellent. Room was nice and tidy, bedroom (upstairs) also very good. »

Bathroom not at current minimum standards (soviet style): old and dirty bathroom, one single tap common to bathtub snd sink, shower curtain too short. Kitchen ok. Sewage smell all over the apartment. No international TV channel in EN or FR. Common stairs very dirty and sometimes broken. Concierge half polite. 24 h availability not available as advertised on Hotels.com. »
