'The appartments are situated within a block on a square, a little distance from the streets. This gives it a real calm end tranquil athmosphere. At night its very quiet. In the morning just a few steps away from diners, subway, theatre and main routes.'

'Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk.
