'The resort is surrounded by nature, very quiet and peaceful - perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. It can be a bit inconvenient without a car, but there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel that runs at specific times and goes to the nearest train station, Shiojiri. 'We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. '

'We verbleven slechts 1 nacht hier, het is een basic accommodatie, maar zeer netjes en goed onderhouden in een familiale sfeer. De kamers zijn klein, maar schoon. Het geheel komt een beetje gedateerd over, maar is perfect in orde. Het ontbijt was was gewoon goed, niets speciaals. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Het hotel ligt wel een eindje van de dorpskern van Akakura, toch zeker 15 minuten wandelafstand. Prijs/kwaliteit was perfect in orde.'

'perfect for a couple nights while snowboarding at the ski hills nearby! the lovely lady, who i’m assuming is the owner, was just the sweetest lady. she was more than happy to help us sort out transportation around town and to the ski hill, make dinner reservations for us, and drive us to the shipping outlet to ship our bags to the airport. i would absolutely recommend, and i will definitely be back! '

'Communication: easy to communicate with the owners via whatsapp prior to our arrival and once we were there to organise shuttles etc. Staff: whilst we were there, the owners were away however Alex looked after all of our requests.
