'A pleasant cottage, but there is no access to back garden as 2 very large dogs were there. They also scratch / jump at the back door (in lounge) in the middle of the night! Front garden not as pretty as picture with some dog mess and dogs watching through gate. Lastly boiler is in bedroom so you can hear when it comes on. '

'The room was excellent, bed was so comfortable that we slept in on our 1st night, leaving only 1 and a half hours to get ready for a wedding we were going to. The bathroom was lovely, a large shower with rainfall head. Very deep bath that we used on 2nd day. A great menu and restaurants to choose from. 'Would usually book a hotel as moving child to Newcastle Uni but due to home match and lots of other parents moving their kids in, hotels were thin on the ground! Picked the apartments and was pleasantly surprised. Ticked all the boxes and great to have a small kitchen. Had everything we needed. Only criticism would be a lack of bedside table/shelf and the sofa wasn’t the comfiest but it was all clean and functional. Will def recommend. '

'Voor de derde keer in dit hotel, maar nu de laatste keer. Kamer aan zijde snelweg wordt lawaai van verkeer niet gedempt, het lijkt alsof de raam open staat. Geen airco en raam openzetten door extra lawaai niet mogelijk. Zwembad gesloten en stond niet aangegeven op website / bij boeking. Restaurant ruimte 's avonds niet geopend, reeds gedekt voor ontbijt. Tafels in bar niet afgeruimd, waardoor je moet wachten om plaats te nemen tot een tafel vrijgemaakt wordt. Ontbijt uitgebreid en ok. '
