I would not book this particular location again. It needs updating badly. There were dead and alive palmetto bugs inside. We only had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 nights (4 adults). Kitchen silverware in drawer were not clean. Location was great though.

It had everything we needed. Great location. Walking distance to the beach restaurants and main attractions. It is on the smaller side though so I would recommend no more than 2 adults and 1 child (maybe 2.) Parking shouldn’t be an issue if you follow directions and don’t park in the driveway and block unit B renters in. If you want luxury, space and/or privacy from neighbors this is not for you. If you want a cute and efficient “tiny home” style vacation rental to lay your head at night after a day out exploring then book this one.

Great vacation

Clean property. Great location to everything. The only thing I didn’t like was the Wi-Fi wouldn’t work in the house. We had to step outside to really use it. I absolutely would stay there again. We had a great vacation!

Location, location, location

Small rental but it's all we needed. 3 years straight in Tybee and we want to retire there. The location is incredible. 5 min walk to the pier and all of the cool restaurants and shops..

Love this little cottage!

Super cute little cottage! Was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and I! Cute, safe neighborhood, walking distance to great restaurants, shops and the beach! Everything we need right there. Perfect space for the 2 of us, cant imagine 4 adults though. Maybe just enough for 2 adults and 1 child. My only recommendation would be to provide beach chairs/towels/umbrella. We bought towels and rented chairs for 3 days which was another expense. Sadly had to leave a night early due to orange crush. We had no idea it was happening and it honestly made us pretty anxious. Would definitely stay here again (not during orange crush!!)

Great stay! Small cozy cabin, but perfect for 4 adults. The only complaint was there was only 1 towel, wash cloth per guest. We stayed 4 nights so had to buy extra towels. We will certainly book again. Perfect for walking to beach, pier, shops and restuarants. Quiet neighborhood also.

Great long weekend

Great property! Yes, it is small but for the two adults and 2 13 year olds, we managed just fine in the 1 bedroom. It was clean and had what we needed. Cute and cozy and great little patio for drinks in the evening. Just know it shares the lot with the main unit. Also, did see any outdoor spigot to rinse feet of at the end of a beach day. But no big deal for us. I will come back. Walking distance to restaurants and beach….easy walk.
