This house is an adorable house with a 6-7 minute walk to the beach that I think would be fun for a large family or group. It is a very old house with a lot of character. There are a few things starting to wear out-the kitchen could use a little bit of updating [the microwave is cracked and looks like it is on its last leg, the fridge has rust on it, the disposal doesn't really do much] although I feel a lot of rentals are similar. There are a couple of bedrooms upstairs that seemed to stay fairly warm and I saw that there were fans in those closets. Luckily we didn't need all the bedrooms and just avoided those rooms. The dining room and kitchen are downstairs and the living room is upstairs so slightly inconvenient to go up and down to get drink or snack refills etc., but not a big deal. There were games and puzzles available and we put together one of the puzzles, which was fun. We went to the pool one day-it was pretty full of people, but it was a nice pool with bathrooms and lounge chairs. We had to pay 4/hour to park to go to the pool, which was a little annoying. Overall I would recommend this house.
