Welcome to Water's Edge, a beautifully updated, 792-square-foot waterfront condo just five minutes from Two Harbors. Enjoy sweeping lake views from the open-concept living area, a private deck overlooking the water, and shared shoreline access just steps away.

Whether you're planning a romantic weekend, a peaceful solo escape, or a North Shore adventure with friends, Water's Edge offers a front-row seat to Lake Superior in every season.

One of the things that makes Water's Edge special is its remarkable proximity to Lake Superior.

Step onto your private deck and take in the ever-changing lake, from peaceful sunrises to dramatic waves rolling toward Rocky Point.

Just beyond the shared grassy lawn, you'll find access to the rocky shoreline. Follow the nearby shared access stairs to explore the waterfront, watch the waves, or simply take in the beauty of the North Shore. Feel free to bring your paddleboard or kayak, our community has convenient storage near our building.

The scenery changes with every season, making each visit a little different.

Water's Edge is an ideal home base for outdoor adventures, scenic drives, and small-town exploring.

- Hike at Gooseberry Falls, Split Rock Lighthouse, and Tettegouche State Park
- Explore our private 46 wooded acres and enjoy snowshoeing in winter
- Access snowmobile trails across Highway 61
- Cross-country ski at Erkki Harju Ski Trail
- Plan a day of downhill skiing at Lutsen Mountains, approximately one hour north

Guests have access to several community amenities, including:

A LITTLE ABOUT WATER'S EDGE

We fell in love with this special stretch of Lake Superior shoreline and purchased Water's Edge in June 2024. The sweeping views, peaceful setting, and ability to experience the lake so closely made it feel like somewhere we wanted to return to again and again.

We're delighted to share it with guests looking for their own memorable North Shore escape, and love when guests come back again and again. We live here part-time so we thank you in advance for respecting our home!

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

- **Occupancy:** Maximum of six guests, per HOA rules. Additional or unauthorized guests may result in fees.
- **Children:** Water's Edge is best suited for guests ages 12 and older. The condo is not childproofed and features a wood-burning stove, nearby rocky shoreline, breakables and direct access to Lake Superior. Children require close adult supervision.
- **Pets:** Not permitted due to a severe owner allergy.
- **Waterfront access:** The lawn and shoreline access are shared community spaces. Please use caution around rocks, waves, and slippery surfaces.
