« They were very short staffed especially at breakfast. When we went down they were out of all the hot breakfast foods unless you wanted to make pancakes. The staff said the usual breakfast person was on vacation and they didn't know where anything was. We couldn't even check out as they pulled the staff from the front desk to cook. Not what I expect from a Holiday Inn »

« We had a one bedroom suite room 316 and it was absolutely run down, the headboard was coming off the wall with pieces of it missing. It was dirty dust everywhere bathroom and not been cleaned. I tried to speak with someone downstairs twice on two different occasions and the girl down there didn't want to hear it awful we won't never stay there again and we have stated many Country Inn & Suites over the states. »
