« Looks very nice from outside but was not cleaned for ages. We checked in late, 8:30 pm. Everything was closed, no key then someone came to give us a key but no explanation. No wifi at all! Nowhere. Not inside the cottage, not at reception. Nowhere »

« Cabin was booked and premium paid for with a Sea view as per receipt. The cabin supplied was for a river view, very disappointing. Reception at Big 4 Park offered no assistance or compensation, just blamed Hotels.com even though our receipt showed a sea view.
