« The farmhouse was a lovely place to stay while exploring Acadia National Park! The house was extremely clean, had all of the supplies we needed, was very well-maintained, and was located very close to the park and all of the local towns. « This is a room in a lovely old farmhouse. I thought the description could have been more detailed: I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The room is on the second floor; the bathroom is private but down a short hallway. The property is in the country and very quiet. Restaurants and stores are in Ellsworth, and easy 20-25 minute drive. Hosts are lovely and not intrusive. »

« This property was advertised as "no smoking;" however, the place had been smoked in for years as evidence by the smoke stained yellow curtains. The house was dirty, cobwebs throughout the house. , Spare roll of toilet paper was dirty. Bathroom soap covered in hair and hair in the bottom of the tub.
