✢ The villa is located in a quiet community; in compliance with Mexican laws, loud noise is not allowed after 10:00 PM.

✢ Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to enter the property.

✢ No external personnel or visitors are permitted (for security reasons).

✢ Cleaning is not included; it can be requested and scheduled at an additional cost.

✢ Bed linen and towel changes are also upon request, with an additional fee.

Additionally, we strongly recommend keeping food in the fridge to avoid tempting these little friends, as we have no control over their persistent search for food.



3. Weather & Hurricanes:
