  • This 1BR/1BA one-story home is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple traveling together. This stylish, recently updated one-bedroom condo offers the perfect blend of Southwestern charm and boho flair. Located in a peaceful, convenient area, this cozy retreat is thoughtfully designed with earthy tones, desert-inspired accents, and modern finishes to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

    Our recently renovated condominium has brand new furniture and appliances. Large, fully fenced and newly updated backyard, and smaller fenced front yard. Quiet and safe neighborhood with community pool. Centrally located and close to many hospitals. You can even walk to Starbucks!

    Our guests have access to our entire property with the exception of a locked owner's closet in the hallway.

    Our guests have access to the community pool, and have one assigned, covered parking space.

    I live locally, so I am available to my guests if/when they need assistance, or just want recommendations for things to do, or places to eat/visit. Don't hesitate to contact me via the platform for help!

Peaceful, quiet, clean and very thoughtfully decorated & stocked. We moved from WA to AZ, stayed here for a month with our 2 small dogs. Centrally located with easy access to everything you may need. The community pool is lovely and usually empty, front and backyard are great for sitting out and for the dogs. Covered parking very close to the unit, pool is a short walk across the walkway. Host is amazing. Overall a terrific introduction to Tucson, loved it!

Outstanding Stay

First off, the photos are exactly what you'll see when you walk in the door! No Photoshop "editing". Accommodations were very clean, bed was wonderfully comfortable, lots of storage, cleaning supplies if you need/want and the kitchen is fully equipped!!! I even made a lemon meringue pie and every piece of kitchen tools you need are in the cupboards - down to the juicer! Don't let the proximity to Oracle Road deter you - you hear nothing inside the home!. And I felt 100% safe. The front and back yards are also a great plus! Although the kitchen photo doesn't really show it - the door to the back door is right by the washer/dryer - of which was a huge bonus to have in the actual unit. As an older / non-tech person - some sort of instruction on how to use the TV would have been helpful - but again, I'm older and not very tech savy. If I had a wish list for the place, it would be a Keurig vs the drip coffee maker and maybe an air fryer. But other than that - it was a perfect stay and I highly recommend!!!
