The entire home features eight bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 adults and 6 children. Sleeping arrangements include two king beds, three queens, six twin beds and a daybed, as well as a crib. Please note that the in-law suite on the opposite side of the house offers a private king bedroom, full bathroom, and a separate kitchen and living area for added privacy or multi-generational stays.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The home also includes a laundry room, dedicated office, upstairs den, and streaming TV. Central heating and heat/air pumps in select rooms keep the home comfortable year-round.

Outdoors, enjoy two acres of private, oceanfront property with a spacious lawn, patio, BBQ grill, firepit, and stunning views of the bay. There’s ample parking for five vehicles.

Located on peaceful Barters Island, the home offers the best of both worlds: serenity and proximity to Boothbay Harbor’s shops, restaurants, and attractions and just a short drive to the famous Botanical Gardens. Fill your days exploring the charming town of Boothbay, visiting the Trevett Store just down the road for a lobster roll, or stroll the local Land Trust trails. In the afternoon, cool off in the river or relax on the dock with a drink in hand. Evenings are best spent grilling on the patio, playing lawn games, and gathering by the firepit for s’mores under the stars.

Please note: Guests who bring unauthorized pets to the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee and may be asked to leave.

• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.

• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
