Vacances Town of Varick

H

Super nuit passé dans ce bed&breakfast dommage que nous avions pas réservé plutôt car je serai bien restée encore mais complet L’endroit est magnifique!!!!!! On s’y sent vraiment bien et détendu

The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never materialized. Very disappointing, because it could have been a perfect stay. We could come back if the manager promises to hire more people when it is required, and based on attendance. The poor room technician we crossed once looked perfectly exhausted and certainly not happy.

If you want a clean room with a great view this is the place. The room is not luxurious but it is comfortable. There is no daily room service or food service but there is a restaurant on the property open for lunch and dinner most days. There are bins with some essentials like coffee, toilet paper, and extra towels outside of the front office. The maids are around during the day and are helpful if there is a problem or if you need anything. We've booked two stays there and plan to return.
