A peaceful village retreat, this annexe of two ensuite double bedrooms has its own secluded courtyard garden. In a quiet village surrounded by countryside, this property welcomes families and pets, offering everything you need for a relaxing escape in glorious South Devon.

The first bedroom has a super king-size bed with an ensuite walk-in shower.
The second bedroom features a versatile zip and link bed, which can be configured as a super king or twin singles, also with an ensuite walk-in shower.
The bedrooms are linked by a small hallway and have separate sliding door access to the courtyard and garden.

Outdoor Space:
- Relax among pots of ferns and roses in the courtyard or wander, if conditions permit, around the two acre landscaped gardens
- Buy the best local produce and fire up the BBQ for supper on warm evenings, (or dine out at our two local pubs, both in easy walking distance)
- Enjoy your morning cuppa with birdsong, a sunset drink or a hot drink under the stars in the courtyard
Parking: Free parking is available on the driveway.

Practical Details:
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00. A keysafe allows easy access.
Children over the age of 5 are welcome but must be supervised by a parent at all times (large pond and high walls on property)
Well-behaved pets can join you too (please bring bedding and poo bags!).
Group bookings are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed.

Linen and towels are provided, along with luxury toiletries including shampoo.

The property is equipped with a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector for your safety.

We advise that guests need their own transport to take full advantage of all the wonderful amenities nearby. Public transport is scarce.
- The Coppa Dolla Inn is a couple of minutes' walk through the garden
- Monks Retreat pub is a 10-15 minute walk
- Broadhempston playground, the church and the community shop are a 10 minute walk away
- South Devon Steam Railway and riverside walks at the River Dart are a 10 minute drive.
- Dartington Hall and gardens, and the amazing Green Table cafe are a 15 minute drive.
- the delightful Elizabethan town of Totnes and a wonderful town on the edge of Dartmoor, Ashburton, are both 20 minutes drive
- some of the most glorious beaches and beautiful Dartmoor National Park are all within easy driving distance
