Very helpful friendly staff, good food at the restaurant, pool was great, plenty of places to watch the world cup, connected to the underground PATH which was helpful on a rainy day, loved our deluxe king room with a view of the CN tower... would stay again. 'The pod itself was clean, although it was clear the TV isn’t wiped often. The common areas are well maintained, especially the kitchen. Useful little study rooms, comfy couches and big enough fridge for people to put their food (labelled). 'Fijn hotel voor een citytrip. De locatie was top. Wij hebben hiervandaan veel lopend gedaan. Ontbijtbuffet was klein, maar netjes en vers. Wel weer zonde dat de warme gerechten, niet echt warm waren, eerder tegen het lauwe aan. Alle warme gerechten lagen in warmhoudpannen. Ook was er niet elke dag pancake of frenchtoast aanwezig. Wij hadden een gerenoveerde kamer.Met twee goede aparte bedden. Wel misetn wij licht op de kamer. Er waren 3 schemerlampen, die je allen met de hand aan en uit moet...

'Ik heb een heel fijn verblijf gehad in Chelsea hotel. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dagelijkse schoonmaak en flesjes water en cupjes nespresso cafe. Weinig geluidsoverlast gehad van de bouw tegenover het hotel. Bedden lagen heerlijk.'

'Alles snel en goed geregeld. Kamer netjes, schoon en ruim. Parkeergarage onder het hotel. Hier kunnen ook electrische auto's gtladen worden. Ontbijt buffet heeft wel ruimte voor verbetering. Zo zijn er kartonnen bordjes met plastic bestek. De keuze is beperkt. Ook is er wat fruit, en yoghurt in kleine verpakking. Brood is bagels en toasted brood. Beleg is er niet (geen kaas, ham of worst). Wel zijn er wat worstjes en scrambled eggs.'

'Fantastic location - central to many of the diverse neighborhoods of Toronto and so convenient to public transport. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable and the room we had was spacious. Since it is a small hotel it really felt like we lived in the neighborhood rather than being tourists. A few downsides; for the price, at nearly $400 / night, I would not consider it a luxury experience. Since there is no traditional lobby it felt impersonal. No coffee in the morning other than...

'Almost everything is really good. Above all the fitness area is outstanding for hotel standards. But the showers / water pressure is horrible. At one point the shower was barely dripping. Brought it up to the staff and they were willing to help, but the problem was not fixed (not the fault of the staff)'

'I had a wonderful time staying at the W hotel in Memorial Day Weekend. The accommodations were spectacular, the staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurants were fantastic and delicious, I especially liked the Listening Bar. I came into town to see Bruno Mars concert (which was cancelled due to the torrential rain that poured that weekend); but I enjoyed my stay and meeting other people who were at the hotel.
