'The property is smelly, not clean at all. The propery got bed bugs. It was biting to me, my kids. Downstairs rooms are very smelly. The stairs are not safe for kids. Not suitable for kids to stay. Never go back again. I have complained about bedbugs and they try to get GBP 200 extra from me for cleaning. There is no free parking space. I have contacted to the host for parking option and he never answer back.'
