'Staff was great. The rooms are very damp/humid; I spoke with other visitors and they confirmed the same. Our shower had a leak and had water running across the bathroom floor. The breakfast options were good.'

'Had an availability which was a plus. However online lots of things are mentioned that are not available. Pool has not been clean in forever and was closed couldn’t swim in it. Breakfast was basic cereal and toast. Beds were hard, carpet felt dirty, wall in bathroom cracked, as well as cracks in sink and tub. Lastly the air conditioner did not work properly said 68 and it was definitely not 68 in there. Also got charged for an extra guest which I’m not sure why. Didn’t get an extra bed or room...

'In a room across the street from a nightclub blasting music until 1 am; AC was preprogrammed to go off at 3 in morning so room heated up to uncomfortable levels. Would’ve appreciated a heads up from the staff.'

'The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...

'My room wasn’t ready even though I was checking in 3 hours later than expected. The staff gave us vouchers for the restaurant. That was customer service at its best!'
