« We have stayed at this location many times and it had been perfect each time. Apparently they were having staffing shortages prior to our stay this trip and our room was not clean or well stocked. Talked to management and they took care of the issues. »

« The main reason for the poor review is the fact that the room we were assigned was on the ground floor right across from the "conference room". We were there for 3 nights and on the 3rd night that room was being used by a large group of people that could not contain themselves to the room. We were also right next to the rear exit and those people were so lout in and out of the room, in the hallway and made it impossible to get any sleep. Despite repeated calls to the front desk to ask them to...

« Nice stay, but beware of the $5.00 per night credit card charge. Yeah, I was surprised myself to see an additional $15.00 added to the cost of our 3 night stay. Apparently this is done at a few IHG properties so always look at the additional charges section before you get a surprise set of charges like we did out of the blue. Docked just 1 star because of that because the rest of the stay was wonderful. »

« Room was very clean , when arriving to check in it took several minutes for someone to show at front desk . When someone finally showed up young man very nice older gentleman acted like he didn’t want to be bothered which seemed rather rude . Later I sent my grandson to get an extra blanket again no one at front desk after waiting several minutes still no one shoes up so he came back. For breakfast biscuits were hard like hockey pucks gravy was thin like water , hash browns and sausage looked...
