'This was our second time staying at the Blake. We love the ambiance and the staff. They have the nicest valet parking attendants as well as front desk folks. They take things seriously, but are still super friendly. Very professional.
The room was spacious and lovely. We loved the decide that pays hommage to the history of the area.
The bathroom was lovely with a big shower and nice decor. The only hiccup was all of the construction in front of their entrance, but that can hardly be helped....

'This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are great, mine had two queens (party of three). As in inside facing room it was super quiet, which was very important. Everything is plush. Staff is great. FWIW, and this didn’t matter to me, as it’s in the financial district, there isn’t the same nightlife and dining choices, as it’s more of a work destination area. The Willis (FKA Sears Tower) is two blocks away. It’s only a 25 minute bus ride to 900 North. Millennium Park is a short walk directly east....
