'Upon checking in the hostess was very nice but failed to tell us that the elevator was out and you have to walk the steps. Stairwell was very hot due to no air condition. We had to walk to the fourth floor and on our way up to the room we ran into a man probably 60 to 70 years old walking down the steps and complaining that this had been the fifth time that the elevator had been out since Sunday. I felt really bad for the poor man. There’s no way that there’s only one elevator in this building...

'I normally don’t post reviews but figured I would do so to save a family from making the mistake of booking a stay at this location. The hotel appeared run down and outdated. Pictures online don’t depict the true nature of the room/bathroom. The bathroom was very questionable, it was not clean. 'Kamer was schoon en de indeling was ideaal voor ons gezin. Woongedeelte voor de kids en de aparte slaapkamer voor de ouders. Het hele hotel zag er netjes uit. Het ontbijt was klein, maar wel goed. Koffie, muffins, fruit, cornflakes en chocolademelk. Het was allemaal vers. Het terras buiten was ook voorzien van dikke kussens om op te zitten. Wasruimte was ideaal. In het zwembad lagen drie dode insecten, dat was het enige minpuntje. Ik zou dit hotel zo weer boeken.'

'I got 8 rooms, and every single one of them was dirty. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. This place should either be closed until the sanitation issues are addressed or investigated by the appropriate health authorities. I would not recommend staying here.'

'After I went there, I tried to call the hotel as this is a place without a reception. No one attended the call but I got a message asking for my First name and Last name and my mobile number. I sent the details. I got a reply that the hotel is overbooked due to technical error and that my booking is cancelled. They just left me on the road. I had to make urgent arrangements.'

'The room was clean with plenty of parking. Breakfast was pretty good. Elevators were a little dirty. Front desk was helpful but there was a storm during our stay. The pool wasnt open on time the next day. We didnt know this and went and asked how to access the pool, dressed in suits with towels. He told us and after we went outside we saw it was closed.
