'In the twenty years staying here at this hotel. I had so many issues, our key cards stop working over five times. Even after being told don’t put next our phones. Putting cards in different locations. Still not working. But the worst thing coming from a day of shopping, whoever clean our room, musty body order in our room, that I had complain to the front day. Manager gave us free breakfast.which no vegan options. This hopefully things will improve next time'

'If you have kids below 18 not ideal as the gym and pool have age limitation. Nothing to do on walking distance.. The hotel itself and rooms are great ... also the dinner options are great. '

'I like the location of the property however the hotel looked out and dirty. The floor we stayed on has stains on the carpet in the hallways and room. There was dirty on walls and doors like it hasn't been wiped down in ages. I guess the affordability made it reasonable.'

'This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. Don't expect too much about the breakfast and the location of the hotel but it is clean and the staff is ok. The private beach is a nice extra.'

'I love the pool but I had to ask for everything I needed. Nothing was offered. Overall, I enjoyed the stay but I had to be proactive to get the things I needed.'

'Positive: - the lady let me pay the parking fee with my card instead of cash - big room - next to the casino Negatives: - the whole place needs a big renovation - it's not clean, dust in every corner of the room - peeled of wallpaper everywhere - bathtub looks just as old as i do - loud noises the whole f*cking night - dirty remote control - the sheets still let's a lot of light in the room - the parking lot is a disaster, the cars are way too close to eachother. This really was a big mistake'
