« Room seemed clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was very friendly. My only real complaint would be the quite frankly bizarre room layout. It was absolutely massive but barely furnished. It felt like I was staying in a converted conference room that just happened to have a bed. Oh and the on-site laundry is just one washer and dryer that aren’t in great condition. Fine if you’re in a pinch, but not amazing. »

« Notre séjour à Phoenix étant principalement pour un match des Cardinals, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait. Pas très loin de la Loop 101, environ 15 km pour se rendre au stade, très facile à voyager et beaucoup moins cher que les hôtels autour du stade. En plus un énorme centre commercial tout près nous permettant d'acheter notre nourriture et manger à la chambre. Excellent choix. »

« Check in was awful. We were given keys to 2 different rooms on different floors & neither were ready to be occupied. So we had to keep going back to the front desk moving our luggage from floor to floor. Finally the third room was ready for us to occupy after some time. No communication between staff.
