'we stay 2 nights here, the location is awesome, near to Robert's, we can walk along there for amazing sea food. clean room, comfortable beds, easy parking.... I love to come back next time'

'I stayed 5 nights at the Everhome Suites in Newington / Portsmouth NH. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was also very clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well which was great given there was a heat wave while we stayed there. The only advice I would give is to bring some extra cutlery as the room only has 2 of everything which can be annoying. We just went to Walmart across the street and picked up some disposable cutlery and plates.'

'Our room was very clean. All the staff were friendly and we received excellent customer service. Breakfast was excellent. The woman in charge of the breakfast was fantastic and she did an excellent job, very very friendly and made sure everyone had enough food and drinks. She deserves a BIG raise for all she did keeping up with the food, she was amazing and so friendly. The coffee was really good and always hot and fresh!!!! If we had one complaint it wound better pillows, they had no support...

'Bar staff not the most attentive. Ordered sandwiches after a long ride and 20 minutes later when I went to pick them up, the order was never given to the cook. Bar staff was not going to say anything until I saw her entering in the order and called her out on it'

'We were very disappointed w our room. The dresser had a broken drawer, the bed was ok, nothing great at all, the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, and our door wouldn’t lock.'

'There was no information provided or available in the room regarding things such as breakfast times, hours of the pool, or local things to do/places to eat. While the cleaning staff were pleasant, the front desk clerk was not friendly and not helpful. No towels at the pool, and a giant wad of hair stuck to the side of the shower was discovered during our initial use. Maintenance on things such as the pool is overduue. Nothing absolutely horrible, but will spend our money elsewhere next time.'

'Dirty sheets, torn up towels, and the faucet handle came off. I went downstairs to let them know and she looked at me and told me “well put it back on“ I told her I tried, but the water doesn’t come on. We changed rooms and she asked me to go down and pick up the key and return the other key. Staff uniform were dirty and stained. Parking was sketchy A guest asked if someone was siphoning gas because she was low on fuel and put gas the day before.'

'Overall great experience: big clean room with a a full kitchen(!), solid breakfast buffet, convenient location, and very friendly/helpful staff! Only complaint: AC in the room occasionally made noise that sounded like it needed some maintenance, we had to turn it off then on again once, but nothing serious.'

'Staff was horrible. No room available at 315 (check in time 3p). We explained we had to checkin change and get to event. No apology no compassion. At 430 we returned - still no room. Asked for manager who finally straightened it out but STRESSFUL and no remorse at all. Elevator carpet was filthy. I wanted to take vacuum and clean it myself. '
