« Housekeeping staff was a hot mess.
Rude. Missed a day of cleaning my room. When they did finally come late the next day, they didn’t do anything apart from empty a trash can. Left the beds unmade, dumped a pile of towels on the surface all bunched up and had hairs on them.
The housekeeping staff were also lined up in the morning at the coffee stations getting drinks and would not move out of the way for the guests.
No printer in the Business Centre, had to ask front desk to print some papers...
