« Nous avons eu divers problèmes d'entretien, le portail est tombé en panne à plusieurs reprises et nous sommes rentrés bloqué la nuit à l'extérieur plus de 2h, également bloqués à l'intérieur plusieurs fois. Le moteur de la piscine ne fonctionnait presque jamais donc le jaccouzi non plus !!! Les réponses à nos problèmes ont été très longues. Etc... « This home was well located for a pleasant stay at the beach. It was clean and spacious and had all the supplies we could need. We loved that it was in a slightly quieter part of town, yet there were still many great restaurants to eat at within walking distance, the beach was very close, and a taxi stand was not far away to plan a few excursions. « Un vrai petit coin de paradis. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l'exception des déchets sur la plage et dans l'eau. On nous a dit que durant la basse saison les courants marins apportaient plus de déchets qu'en haute saison et ca ne semble pas être dans leur priorités de ramasser les déchets. Nous avons donc passé ma petite famille et moi plus de 2h à ramasser 4 gros sacs de poubelle de déchets de toutes sortes... Sinon la propriété est bien entretenue et le personnel très sympathique et...

« Unprofessional host,did not show up,did not answer email & call no show up at all We've stayed more than 24hrs waiting & its our first time in thailand we dont know anyone who can help us.We have 2 seniors in our travel and this is what we experience.Our safety waiting outside the property from the airport at 3am waiting for the no show up & unresponsive host is very risky but the host did not answer our call & did not even provide instruction on what we need to do when we arrived. »

« Habe die Buchung ausgedruckt, war oder bin noch in diesem Gebiet, habe nicht darauf geachtet, es passiert mir zum ersten mal, dass weder Adresse, noch eine Telefonnummer auf der Buchung zu finden war. Es konnte mir auch kein Thailänder in Amphor Phen sagen wo dieses Resort zu finden ist, somit musste meine Frau und ich eine andere Unterkunft suchen! Aber vielleicht bekomme ich ja das Geld zurück? Somit kann ich nur sagen eine schreckliche Erfahrung, über Sauberkeit oder sonstiges kann ich also...

« FUND A MORE RESPONSIVE HOST! I Wish I could leave photos here of the deep urine stains, unlokced safe, no sea view as advertised and its a totally different condo, put in a left handed room, when it should have been right handed, internet went after about 4 days and up to now the host had not responded for the last ten days. TERRIBLE RESPONSE! I had to buy a sim phone card. My recommendations is, dont stay here. »

« Diese Wohnung gibt es gar nicht.Es ist reiner Betrug .Ist im Besitz eines Privatmannes (Engländer ) der Angebot vorhandene Pool gibt es gar nicht .Ich war nach sehr langer Suche mit der mithilfe von ( Thailändern) vor Ort habe mit Besitzer gesprochen der mir glaubhaft sagte das dies keine Ferienwohnung sei.Bei Bedarf sende ich ihnen gerne Bilder...Nun hoffe ich das ein entgekommen ihrerseits selbstverständlich ist.freundliche Grüße Harald Rudolf »
