Het hotel ziet er modern en fris uit. Personeel is vriendelijk en attent (bij melding van onze terugreis om 4 uur in de ochtend werd ons meteen een ontbijtpakket aangeboden).

Comfortable bed and room with a beautiful balcony / the weather was gorgeous and they even brought me a sun bed . Lovely l’Occitane toiletries plus a free bar of Lindt chocolate in our room which was a real surprise treat . Excellent free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station . From being welcomed after 30 hours of travel with a glass of white wine, to the friendly breakfast staff, to helping me cobble together a nourishing dinner after a relaxing spa service…the staff at this hotel truly set it apart! "We had a very nice stay. With 4 big children a nice place to stay in this great ski area. It’s the perfect location for ski in ski out…and a great balcony, beautiful view of the mountains…with music from the bar of the hotel down under the house. Two things we think could be better: the dinner corner is with high metal seats not really comfy..the WIFi is something we missed as there’s a modern tv but we couldn’t use it…It quite high in the village. For skiers a great place to stay for non skiers it’s quite a steep walk up from town and supermarket. "
