'The property is very convenient, just about 100 meters from the Sun and Moon Lake bus stop. There are a lot of shops and restaurants on the street. The room is very clean and quiet. The owner is very friendly and explain things in detail. She provided advice on transportation and tour options and also sold the boat ticket at discount price. I will definitely stay in this place next time I visit Taiwan.'

'Great customer service! They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. The cable car is walking distance (and worth the ride), but you can also rent bicycles or electric bicycles very affordably near the hotel and get around easily.'

'Nice hotel on very good location: right on the lakeside. Nice view from the restaurant, complete breakfast. Free parking next to the hotel. Some negative points: the water in the indoor pool was very cold! We had a ground floor room, last one in the corridor, and there's a unit outside that's very noisy at night. If you're a light sleeper, I would avoid that room. We were also surprised that the knowledge of English of the staff was very basic ('we made a reservation' for example was not...
