Listing said check-in was at 3 but host didn’t allow checkin until 4.Issues with the home that need attention: Kitchen; need large pot for pasta and a strainer, fix the missing wheels on the dishwasher lower rack, and have the large salt and pepper shakers from Costco on hand. Bedrooms; 3 of the queen mattresses were hard as a plywood board. They appeared new, but horribly uncomfortable. The kitchen, dining room and game room were so filthy we bought a swiffer mop package and cleaned the rooms so our toddler didn't look like a coal miner. The mop head in the laundry room was worn out beyond belief. Outdoor patio was great, but only one gas lamp worked and the hot tub would never heat past 98 degrees. About as good as a warm bath. Clean up all the miscellaneous junk above and along the north retaining wall and store away the 3 ladders laying on the back patio by the little maintenance shack.
