In description it might have been a bit more clear that its forbidden to access several main pools. And in description it states that gym is allowed with a fee but the main reception did refuse acceess. Thats a pity. But the accassible pool and tub where fine. Communication with owner by app is simple. Would book again '

We were in an a handicap room and not sure why, room was dirty (floors unvacuumed, because of handicap room doors to bathroom and living room slid open and my daughter and my husband got locked in the bathroom and the people above us were banging until almost 1:00 AM. We addressed with Nick at front desk in the morning and I asked to move rooms and while we were out for the day he personally moved us to the top floor in a regular room. It was clean and...
