The architecture of this residence captures the beautiful expansive views of the San Juan Mountains, and in particular, Mt. Wilson and Sunshine Peak. With plenty of room for your group of up to 12, this residence is perfectly appointed for all your entertainment wishes! The gourmet kitchen is open to the adjacent dining area and the living room a half level below it. The living room level has a deck with a grill facing the Mountain views. Two twin bedrooms are on the entry level, with one of the bedrooms able to convert to a King. A Queen Guest room is on the level above.

The King Master Suite features a separate sitting area and a full en-suite bath with a steam shower. There is a second Master on the top floor that has a Queen and a separate sleeping area with bunk beds. The view tower has a built-in single bed with a massage table. Off this tower is the hot tub platform with absolutely stunning views to soak it ALL in at the end of the day!

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. Nice House, Very good Location

Good option for a ski weekend. Good amount of space. Kitchen well appointed. Even though not advertised as such, the house is nearly ski in-out. 50 meter walk to a cat track. Can get similarly close by skiing off the Chondola. House is very functional, but would benefit from some refreshed finishings. Wouldn't describe the house as "fancy," but has all the elements needed for a good ski weekend. Also, the Dial-a-Ride is a great feature in the Mountain Village.

Wonderful Mountain Home

Could not have been more perfect for our family of eight adults and four grandchildren. The kitchen is amazing! Room arrangements are great for privacy and quiet. Great neighborhood close to walking trails. The views are spectacular!!

This home was just as pictured, great location. I’d tell anyone going to Telluride to stay in Mountain Village and enjoy the beautiful views and main village and venture down to Main Street.

Perfect location - fantastic house

House itself has amazing views, a deck perfect for enjoying the cool nights while grilling, and had all of the amenities you could want. Loved that the house was somewhat off on it's own (versus in a condo project), but with walk-able access to everything -- you could take a quick walk to the Village, golf course, gondola. We never moved our car. Very dog-friendly area and just a 5 min. walk away from the trail down to Telluride (Boomerang).

Spectacular view

Beautiful view of Mt. Wilson from the deck and living room. Lots of steps, as there are 3 1/2 levels. Enjoyed the deck as we grilled most nights.

Nice property - clean and lots of room to spread out. Family plus dogs all fit well. Deck is great with views, fire pit, and grill. The only thing to consider is there are a lot of stairs - no problem for our group. Would stay here again.

Fantastic home and location!

Beautiful home in a terrific location! Views of the mountain are fantastic. Home was practically sit-in, ski-out, so we rarely ever used a car. Home was super clean, well laid out and very well stocked. We had a few minor maintenance issues which the property management company was super attentive to. Absolutely wonderfully attentive and helpful- can't say enough great things about them. Terrific home and wonderful vacation!

Ahh Telluride!

Perfect views, accommodation and close to gondola. House is a picturesque dream. Several great mountain bike and hiking trails begin in backyard. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure you stay as long as you can because there is so much to do! Wake up early and sip coffee in living room to see sun hit Wilson's peak aglow before the rest of the valley. Definitely will return!
