'Prima ligging: aan het begin van de dorpsstraat en op 100 meter van de stoeltjeslift (in totaal 4 liften brengen je naar uiteindelijk 3.300 meter hoogte). Dalafdaling tot hotel. Het hotel ziet er modern en fris uit. Personeel is vriendelijk en attent (bij melding van onze terugreis om 4 uur in de ochtend werd ons meteen een ontbijtpakket aangeboden).

'Great service and super clean. It was in a great location, close to a lot of the amenities that Zermatt had to offer. Many added perks to staying here from breakfast which is included with your stay, to the spa and tea time offerings daily. The rooms were sound proof, spacious and cozy. We would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Zermatt area.'

'We have stayed here 3 times now, and each time it has been top marks. The hotel is close to everything that you need, but still far away from all the crowds of the square. Our room was immaculate, and the turn down service an added bonus. The front desk is the best part of the hotel- friendly and helpful. "We had a very nice stay. With 4 big children a nice place to stay in this great ski area. It’s the perfect location for ski in ski out…and a great balcony, beautiful view of the mountains…with music from the bar of the hotel down under the house. Two things we think could be better: the dinner corner is with high metal seats not really comfy..the WIFi is something we missed as there’s a modern tv but we couldn’t use it…It quite high in the village. For skiers a great place to stay for non skiers it’s quite a steep walk up from town and supermarket. "
