There are two apartments on the first floor, and one larger apartment on the second floor. Every guest has their own outdoor area to use, and shares the included kayaks . Typically interacting and seeing other guests is minimal, and all interior areas seen in the photos are yours alone to use.

The area is steeped in local history, with local parks such as Purity Springs Park, with its` crystal clear water flowing into the Hillsborough River, reminding visitors of the cool, aquifers that made this area of Tampa so desirable prior to the advent of air conditioning. Enjoy notable restaurants from Trip's Diner, Duffy's Wings, Rooster and the Till, Trophy Fish, Bart's Front Porch Tavern, or Gulf Coast Sourdough. Peruse vinyl records at Microgroove, or get lost in a book while sipping locally brewed coffee or tea at Oxford Exchange or Blind Tiger Coffee. Don`t forget to rent a bike at City Bike Tampa and explore Bayshore-the longest continual sidewalk in the world that wraps around Tampa`s picturesque bay, ending in Ballast Point park, where you can rent fishing equipment and fish from the pier, or buy a loaf of fresh Cuban bread from the La Segunda Bakery just down the road on Florida Avenue.
