The host needed to be contacted every day for an issue. We were there during a stressful situation with sick parents and were very frustrated with walking in to, garbage in the trash, kitchen light not working, hair in the sink, broken glass on the backyard patio. After they "cleaned the unit the second time", my husband walked from the bathroom to the bedroom and his feet became filthy. Once again they needed to come clean the floors and also the broken glass that wasn't cleaned up the second time. Then the heater didn't work and it was 48 degrees at night. They fixed the heater and then the kitchen light didn't work again. All the while we didn't have access to the tv and internet until the day before we left. Even though the host responded, they only gave us 75.00 back on a 150/night and we were there for 4 nights. I won't not recommend this unit or host as I had to keep providing proof with pictures of the issues. All this can be verified by VRBO through the messages that were sent.
