« Very cute, Loved the porch for morning coffee. Wish there had been a second bathroom upstairs. At my age, it’s at least a couple trips down the stairs at night. Disappointing that there was no cable or whatever and internet was very slow so couldn’t really use the TV. But maybe it was just us. Didn’t really miss it that much. Would definitely stay again. During the remainder of our trip we kept saying how we miss the porch! »

« We rented this house for my husband’s birthday and had a group of friends join us for the weekend. The location was perfect for hiking Old Rag as you could walk to the trailhead from the house, and the house itself was great for a group, we had plenty of space to spread out, both inside and outdoors. We especially loved the outdoor areas for hanging out after the long hike. It didn’t hurt that the surrounding area was beautiful to look at. « Perfectly sized rental for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. Great location. Loved the Swift Run creek that runs right by the house - very peaceful to hear it from inside or outside the house. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Host was responsive and easy to contact through the Vrbo app. »

« The house was very charming and cozy. It met all of our wants (2 bedrooms, king bed in primary, fenced in yard for dog, hot tub & fire pit, close to attractions). The host was very polite and attentive, and gave excellent recommendations for food (which were all in walking distance!). Could use a little more seating in the living room and a few more items in the kitchen (wine glasses, better skillets, sheet pans), but overall the house really has everything you need. Waking up in the morning was beautiful, especially sitting on the front porch watching the farm animals do their daily routines.
