Our farmhouse cottage is nestled in Shenandoah that combines rustic charm with modern amenities. Your stay includes a luxurious hot tub, Weber gas grill, & well stocked modern kitchen. A charming entry way opens to sun-filled interiors, with an air of country living with the convenience of being in town. A tranquil retreat ideally located 15 minutes from Massanutten Resort, 18 minutes from Shenandoah National Park, & offering the best of both comfort while exploring Shenandoah adventures!

Welcome to our farmhouse cottage in Shenandoah Valley, where rustic charm meets modern elegance.

As you step into the living room, you`ll be greeted by a plush sectional facing a large 65-inch TV—perfect for cozy evenings in.

Adjacent to the living area is the dining room, featuring a spacious table with seating for eight. An extendable leaf offers the ability to accommodate even larger gatherings.

The kitchen is a chef`s delight, boasting modern appliances, a fabulous wooden island, and pristine white cabinets. It`s fully stocked with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces.

Just off the kitchen, a convenient laundry room with new washer & dryer that leads you into gorgeous full downstairs bathroom with a tub.

Upstairs, you`ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Two of them boast luxurious king beds—one of which features a desk for a dedicated workspace. The third bedroom offers a comfortable full bed and a crib for our youngest guests. The upstairs also features a second full bathroom, equipped with a convenient shower-tub combo.

A sun-soaked mudroom doubles as a sunroom, furnished with comfy patio furniture—ideal for savoring morning coffee with views of the backyard. A lovely sunroom for kids to hang out and their furry friend.

Outside, a stone patio hosts a brand new hot tub that comfortably seats seven, offering the perfect end to a day of exploration. Beside it, a new Weber gas grill awaits your BBQ feasts. Finally, garden arbors flank the sides of the house, adding a touch of architectural charm.

Our home blends comfort, style, and functionality—promising an idyllic escape in the heart of Shenandoah.

The entire home is designated for guests.

We have a $40 per hour unapproved late checkout fee.

Enjoy yourselves! Our amenities are for you to sit outside and relax 24/7, but please do so quietly. Outside of quiet hours, please refrain from yelling or playing loud music outdoors.

Please shower before using the hot tub. No pets, spilled alcohol, excessive lotion/sunscreen, bubble bath, or foreign objects in the hot tub. Close the cover when not in use. Any hot tub non-compliance that requires a drain and fill after your departure will result in a maintenance fee of $75.00.

Please keep doors and unscreened windows closed as much as possible. Bugs will make their way inside if given the chance.

Please do not connect security cameras to our wifi without informing us first.

Pets: We love animals, and welcome pets on a case-by-case basis. Our pet fee is charged through the platform at the time of booking when you add pet guests to your reservation. If you need to add a pet to your reservation, please submit an alteration request or reach out and we can send you an alteration request :)

Please keep your pups on a leash outside.
