'Fantastic hotel all round. Great location, (mega modern mall beside it and hop on hop off bus next door as well) new building, super charming staff, excellent spacious rooms - all with a stunning view, comfy beds and fine linen - pool & gym on 18th floor also with amazing view, self service washing machines, great breakfast and delicious food in restaurant in evening (unusual in hotels I find!). Price/quality ratio very good. If I read this review I would think it was too good to be true but...

'Decepcionante, las fotos muestran un apaprt hotel más moderno; muebles maltratados y frigobar oxidado. Ascensor funcionaba con desperfectos, a veces sin luz y no se detenia en el piso que se requeria. Se olvidaron de cambiar toallas y colocar utencilios de baño. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal.'

'From the moment we arrived, staff went out of their way to made us feel welcomed. The bar, the restaurant, the gym/spa staff were just as welcoming and accommodating. Our rooms were amazing, with large and very comfortable beds. We could hear some (minimal) of the street noise at night but that didn’t spoil our rest. The hotel is very clean. The area around was safe to walk and with plenty of bars and restaurants, we didn’t need to use taxis or the underground at all. '

'Es la cuarta vez que nos hospedamos en Boulevard Suites y nuevamente no defraudó. Esta vez nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación espectacular. El desayuno es simple pero muy completo. El personal que sirve el desayuno tiene la.mejor predisposición. '

'For those who prefer a small hotel, this is the ideal place. Our room was perfect, had a balcony witha very nice view on the snow covered Andes. The personal was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great.'

'Good beds/pillows in a dark, spacey and quite room. Restaurant doesn’t have many options for dinner, but the food is good. Breakfast buffet is top. Swimming pool and gym are not big, but more then enough. Nice and friendly personnel but their English is limited (as my Spanish).'
