Excellent hotel, pools, location and surroundings. However, there was no advance notice that the wellness/shower area are currently not in use and I do think a hotel in this price range should offer an alternative for guests who arrive from a long flight long before check in/have the full day before their flight in the evening.

At the time of reservation at Expedia, we have highlighted that we are with 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 13 yrs old), but at the time of check-in, the front desk has noticed to me that the room only fits for 3, and not 4. We had long discusions, which took me more than 1 hour to convince the front desk that this won't work and an additional bed is needed. By talking with the supervisor, he arranged the additonal bed for us. Long story short, in case the room can't fit 4 pax, than Expedia shouldn't sell the room. Thanks for the frontdesk employees to be flexible.
