'Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting…..'

'I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay with the family. The location is across Seaport Village, marina, and tour cruises. Gaslamp amd restaurants just blocks away and the bay view each morning was gorgeous! Staff was super friendly and even got to check in early. Beds comfy and rooms had everything you need for family or groups. Gym was small but had the basics. 'The Hotel is fine but the add on fees are rediculous. Im sick of the high add on fees at a lot of properties these days. In addition, its annoying that you cant self park. You have to pay for and tip for valet parking. They dont give you any other option, but the parking ui all literally within 50 yards of the valet stand. It was inconvenient and then to have to pay for that inconvenience is just adding salt. This was my second stay but I wont be returning, nor will I be recommending it to any...

'Everyone was very nice. Nice store by reception for snacks. Partial ocean view wasn’t great since the bed was so close to the window, there wasn’t a screen and people walked right by your bed. Toilet is practically touching the sink. '

'Overall it was an okay experience. We arrived at the check in time however, our room was still not ready.
Housekeeping only occurred every second day. The room could use some more attention to detail when cleaning. High touch areas such as the fridge, door handles, and door frames (because there’s a barn door) were filthy.
We were on the lower level so we could hear footsteps above. Walls were also super thin, we could hear loud music and conversations from other guests.

'Breakfast was good and the fire outside on during the day and evening was wonderful. Pool was clean and warm. The staff was courteous. One thing that would’ve been nice is if coffee had been available in the lobby outside of the breakfast time which it wasn’t. They told me to go up in my room and use the coffee maker there.
