We welcome you to share our home away from home in the quaint community of Sunset Village. Our first-floor Condo has a panoramic view of a pond and the golf course. No Steps and Handicap accessible parking.

Beautifully furnished 3 bedrooms, two bath condo with a bright airy interior and tastefully furnished. The living room has a 42-inch flat-screen TV with DVD/VHS COMBO, Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, and wireless internet. The master bedroom boasts one king bed, 32-inch flat-screen tv, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a garden tub/shower, and access to the screened porch. The second bedroom also contains one king bed and a 32" flat-screen TV. The third bedroom contains two twin beds and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. One of the bathrooms has laundry space with a full-size washer/dryer.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS. Care Linen Service https://www.carelinenservice.com/ is a reasonable place to rent linens if you choose to do so.

The large, open great room has a vaulted ceiling and joins the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a dishwasher for easy clean-up. The living area includes a flat-screen cable TV and DVD player. The sofa converts to a full-size sleeper. Large sliding doors provide access to a private, screened porch complete with chairs with a view of the pond.

Local amenities include two swimming pools (opens April 1), 2 outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, and an outdoor grill.

Sunset Village is surrounded by Sandpiper Bay, a Dan Maples-designed, award-winning 27-hole golf course. There are over 30 public golf courses within 20 miles!

Close to the beaches of Sunset Beach, which is rated as one of the best beaches in the world by National Geographic, and discover the charm of Kindred Spirit on Bird Island.

Sunset Beach is less than 10 minutes away; Ocean Isle Beach can be reached in 15 minutes and N. Myrtle Beach is a short 20-minute drive.

Calabash is just down the road and offers great seafood. If you like more variety, the N. Myrtle Beach “restaurant row” is a quick 20 minutes away.

If you are on a shopping spree, Myrtle Beach is the place to go. Within 30 to 45 minutes, you can shop hundreds of stores from Barefoot Landing to Broadway at the Beach.

The location was great with wonderful views of the golf course and walkable to the large pool, although being at the front of the community meant for more traffic. The unit is a bit dated and could use some updates. We also think blackout curtains would be an easy but helpful add to the two extra bedrooms.

GREAT place for a relaxing beach and golf getaway!

Our family stayed here the week before Memorial Day week. We had five adults ranging in age from 22 to 84. There was something for everyone- golfing, the pool, the beach, amazing restaurants and shopping, and an easy drive to Myrtle (my 84 year old Mom got to check eating at Paula Deen’s off her bucket list!) The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer is so nice for the week, and the kitchen was well stocked for making some food in so you don’t have to eat out for every single meal ( we did breakfast and lunch in, and dinners out). The beds are super comfy, and getting to see alligators and shore birds in the pond from the family room was amazing and an added bonus for all of us! The complex itself at Sandpiper Bay is also so beautiful. My husband and son played two different golf courses here during our stay and they said Sandpiper Bay was their favorite, and they look forward to playing that one again. The hosts for the property provide great communication and are super responsive for any questions you might have. We had a great time here and look forward to coming back!

Very clean, cozy, great location and development. Well taken care of. Turnkey check-in. Only thing I'd advise on is the fact that having to get your own linens (bedding, towels, etc) is a bit inconvenient - I had the benefit of family living in the same development that helped me out with that plus paper towels, cleaning supplies. Especially for linens, I dont know how as someone flying in and out in a short period would have had time/resources to get my own linens and return, etc. Also FYI on the extra mandatory insurance, it'll up your costs - plus of course the cleaning fee.

Excellent Property & Wonderful Host!

My husband and 3 friends have now stayed at this property 3 times for an annual golf trip to the area. We travel quite a bit and have stayed many different places, and Elizabeth definitely stands out as an excellent host. Great communication and timely responses to any inquiries. The property was clean and exactly as described. I'm certain this golfing group will continue to return to this property year after year!

Great 3 Bedroom Condo. Very well kept & clean. On the golf course. 2 pools. Beautiful golf course development. Great for golfers, tourists & vacationers. Not far from beach & intercoastal waterway. Lots to do in area. Innumerable very good restaurants. Planetarium. Easy drive to Wilmington & Myrtle Beach. We loved it!

This place is family friendly. Large kitchen, dining area and living room combo is spacious. Screened-in porch and easily accessible grills are great bonuses! Location is 4-5 miles from several wonderful beaches with lots of the usual conveniences such as ice cream parlors, souvenir shops, mini-golf, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores.
