Spacious beach apartment in Sunny Beach, sleeps 2-4, next to beach and Nessebar

This is a spacious apartment with a living room/kitchen area opening up to a large balcony. The balcony has a nice view on the pool. The apartment is in a relatively small complex completed in September 2006, so everything is brand new. In addition to the pool, the complex has a restaurant/bistro, a convenience store, and 24 hour security. The complex was build according to the requirements for a 3-star hotel and has tourist categorization by the Bulgarian government. In addition, our apartment was furnished using the official list of Thomas Cook for all items that a property should have in order to be rented out.

The beach: The beach is 15 minutes away by foot. About half the distance is through the dunes that are quite spacious in that part of Sunny Beach. You will come out at the old “Pirate” ship next to a cluster of beach lounges called the Cocoa Beach. The beach in that part of Sunny Beach is wide and is seldom crowded.


Transfer: I can arrange for airport transfer to/from Bourgas for 35 euro each way. Otherwise a cab can take you from the airport to the complex in about 30 minutes (and it cost about the same). There is 24 hour staff in the complex to give you the key to the apartment.

The complex: The pool of the complex is spacious, with ample space around it for the free lounge chairs. The chairs are free. Part of the pool is designed for children and part of it is for adults. A small green area next to the pool can be used as a children’s play area. There is a bistro with a lunch and a dinner menu and a convenience store. Outside the complex are a number of restaurants, cafes, and other stores.
