'We very much enjoyed our stay as both the grounds as the room were very nice. The staff was really great, we had the feeling the hotel was well managed and the staff worked here with pleasure and generally had a smile on their face. Also the reception was very pleasant and effective. All by all it was a very nice holiday!'

'Our room was smelling of paint when we checked in. The airconditioner in our room doesn't work which made it difficult to sleep at night. We were told they were working on it but doing an online seach revealed this is an ongoing issue based on many guest comments to the extent the stopped advertising they have airconditioning, altough some rooms still have airconditioming sign on expedia info pages. The food is abundant but material used appears to be lowest possible quality. The restaurant is...

'Alles krijgt geen 5 sterren omdat het hotel nog niet af is en het personeel iets beter Engels mag leren spreken. Het hotel is verder netjes en zeker in verhouding tot de prijs. Als de werklui doorgaan zo wordt het een mooi hotel met Bulgaarse afwerkkwaliteit. Het hotel zit dicht genoeg in het centrum om er zo heen te rijden met de taxi. Ook The Sea Garden is om de hoek. Deze is het bezoeken waard.'

'Het hotel is gelegen in een gebied vol resorts. Wij hadden een kamer in het hotel gebouw. Kamer was groot en schoon. Personeel aan de balie was bij het inchecken niet vriendelijk en stug. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en goed. Het was elke keer wel druk bij het ontbijt. Minpunten: de 2e dag is onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en door de livemuziek is het niet prettig buiten zitten op het balkon omdat de muziek veel te hard staat. '
