« The hotel is very close to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal: very convenient ! It is located opposite to Mega Mall where you can find everything. We were welcomed with a delicious ginger lime cocktail. The staff is extremely kind, very very helpful and smiling which is totally diferent from Singaporean behaviour. The breakfast was delicious, tasty and with a wide variety of products. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I will visit again. »

« Super Service! »

« Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet. »

« tres bon accueil, personel tres agréable et a l ecoute »

« Na »

« The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were bilingual and spoke very good English. »

« Amazing if you want peace and quiet. Note that there is no aircon in the living and dining room. Only bedrooms had AC. Would have been better if they provided chairs at the balcony. If you want to enjoy the balcony view, you’ll have to stand. Walk over to nearby Turi beach for a better pool and sandy beach. Stayed 3 nights, family. »
