'Well it was not exactly the feeli g of clean and comfortable that I was going for it had stained blankets the floor had stains the shower had no bar to hold my rag the drain fell apart and becsme detached from the tub the shower head fell off the water was really hot I did get burnt when above all I had problems with the front desk again which makes it a second time that only made it a more uncomfortable situation if like a refund but it'll take tjem 7 days for them to refund me only sickens me...

'I was visiting for a graduation. We booked two rooms two months in advance. We had to wait over an hour for rooms to be ready. This was very inconvenient since we’d been on the road for almost 4 hrs & just wanted to sit down. The lady at front desk was nice & welcoming though.'

'The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected.'

'Checking went without any issues, Staff was nice. The room was satisfactory, clean and ready. nice to have a mini fridge for leftovers from dinner, but unfortunately the microwave did not work. Thankfully the AC worked. We checked in late and only stayed for one night, so it was fine. We didn't even turn on the TV to see if it worked LOL, (too tired).
